is there a minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 2 days.


ONLY QUALITY GEAR?

The right equipment is important to fully enjoy a camping experience in the azores.

We only offer quality equipment, tested by us,  suitable for the specific weather and temperature features of the azores.


WHAT HAPPEN IN CASE OF DAMAGE/LOSS OF THE EQUIPMENT?

Our equipment is in perfect condition and clean. You are supposed to return it just the same.

Normal wear and tear won't be considered as a damage, while serious damage or misplace will entail the payment of the commercial current price of the item. Extremely dirty equipment will be considered as damaged.


HOW DO I PAY MY ORDER?

We accept payment by credit card through this website. Payments are safely processed by "Stripe" platform. We charge the full amount after you make your reservation.However, if you prefer to use a different payment method, please contact us and we will do our best to satisfy your requirements.


IS ANY DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

No deposit required, we trust our clients!


WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

cancellation up to  48 hours: 100% refoundable.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: 50%  refoundable.


HOW PICK UP AND DROP OFF WORK?

    We  are where you are!

        This means that we deliver and collect the equipment where and when  fits you, 24/7, on Faial.

      When making your reservation, please fill the specific form and tell us when and where pick up and drop off will take place.   


CAN I GET THE EQUIPMENT IN PICO?

We are based in Faial, but the good new is that we reach our clients in Pico too!(Madalena Port) 

For this service we apply an extra charge of 5 € for  delivery and 5 € for collection.

WHAT IF MY FLIGHT HAS BEEN CANCELLED OR DELAYED?

         Please let us know, as soon as possible, if your flight or boat  has been delayed or cancelled, 

        so taht we can fix another  pick up / drop off appointment.


WHAT ABOUT YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

You can be sure we won't  share your personal datas with anyone.

We only  use this information to contact you about your order.


WHAT IF, IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER, I DIND'T USE THE EQUIPMENT?

We are not responsible for the weather conditions,

so the non-use of the equipment don't give you the right to get your money back.
